and I'm done playing by everyone else's rules. I help women stop performing spirituality and start living authentically - on their own timeline, by their own values. No more collecting tools to prove your worth. No more following someone else's map to enlightenment. Just real support for getting unfazed by everyone else's expectations.
I assumed the next tool, course, or guru would finally be the one to "fix" me. I didn't realize I wasn't broken in the first place.
I thought collecting more spiritual certifications would finally make me worthy of the life I wanted. I was performing my spirituality instead of living it.
I believed following someone else's timeline for "awakening" would get me there faster. I was spiritual bypassing my way through life with mantras and affirmations.
Here's where things got really twisted: I didn't like the life I was living. So naturally, I wanted to change it. But somewhere in that process, my focus completely shifted. It was no longer about me - it became about others.
I became obsessed with wanting to help other women not go through what I was going through. I really wanted to help women live their dream life. So I went on collecting a bunch of certifications and tools... and I completely forgot myself in the process.
I thought I was being selfless and purposeful, but I was actually using "service to others" as another way to avoid dealing with my own life. Even my desire to help became a form of spiritual bypassing.
I was scrolling through social media, watching these amazing women share their perfectly curated spiritual journeys, when it hit me like a lightning bolt: Those women weren't performing their spirituality – they were living their lives.
While I was busy collecting tools and trying to figure out my "soul purpose," I was missing the point entirely. I was using spirituality the same way I'd used corporate success – as a way to prove I was worthy, valuable, enough.
The real transformation didn't come from another course or certification. It came from the courage to stop performing spirituality and start living authentically. It came from realizing that I wasn't broken and didn't need fixing – I needed to stop trying to fit into everyone else's definition of who I should be.
That's when I understood: I was rebelling against ALL external timelines – society's expectations AND the spiritual community's pressure to be "awakened" by a certain age or timeline.
I help women who are tired of performing their spiritual journey for others and ready to start living authentically. Women who are done following everyone else's timeline for success, relationships, and "enlightenment."
I combine my extensive training in transformational modalities with the hard-won wisdom of someone who's tried everything and learned what actually works. I use tools from my toolkit – nutrition, human design, astrology, NLP, EFT, reiki, hypnosis, and more – but only when they serve your authentic growth, not when they become another way to avoid your feelings.
You don't need more certifications, crystals, tarot cards, oracle cards... You need to integrate what you already know and use it authentically, from wholeness instead of wounds.
